The Request Help Form must be completed by the individual needing assistance (not by an organization). This form may assist you in connecting with a Love In the Name of Christ volunteer. The intake process is performed via telephone only, by submitting this form you are giving Love INC permission to contact you. There is no guarantee that a volunteer will contact you. In the meantime, you should continue trying to reach a volunteer by calling the Help Line at 916-383-3232 option 1.
